   One of the only places I could find the generator I wanted. Most others were backordered until October to december. Shipping was fast. Driveway service is definitely worth it for residential deliveries. Thank you Anthony and Nationwide Generators.

   Items were delivered as promised. I thought that I had requested notification by the delivery driver but that didn’t happen. The generator was loose from the pallet and damaged. I refused delivery of the entire order. This is the second generator this year that arrived damaged. The first one came from a different supplier and was delivered by a different carrier. Either the generator needs to be secured better or the carriers need to be more careful.
   NATIONWIDE GENERATORS RESPONSE:
   We use an extra pallet that is larger than the generator pallet, (60″ x 40″) to protect it better. BUT carriers do at times damage units. We use a “Notify Prior” request for all our shipments, but carriers at times will not call ahead. As this customer (William) states, PLEASE inspect the generator carefully and definitely refuse it, if it is damaged / scratched beyond what is acceptable to you.
