   All parts were present at delivery, no damages. Unit was installed a week later and appears to be working as designed, at least during load testing. We have not had a power outage since install so that is all the information I have at this time.

   Had a little difficulty with the shipment because of Covid-19. Once nation wide received the generator it was shipped out promptly. I received it days later in wonderful condition. I’m still in the process of the setup so I haven’t seen it run. The lugs for wiring are very accessible and install is easy and straight forward.

   The generator installed easily with expert help from contractors. The wireless setup was a bit complex. Reading and following instructions in the supplied manuals is essential for success. The generator does what we asked. It powers our entire house when needed.

   Ordered generator and it was delivered in 7 days. Jim Baugher did an outstanding job on helping me select generator and getting everything needed to install.
   Generator was delivered in perfect condition with all accessories.
